  > Consistent aquisition and storage of contextual data that emerges during and after a sampling event.
  > With MetaBar it is possible to interprete your sampling events in their environmental context.
  > The the standardized labeling of the samples with barcodes simplifies to keep track of taken samples.
• Can I fill out the acquisition sheet with OpenOffice?
  > The sheets can at least be opened and read in OpenOffice. But the Visual Basic © macros are currently not fully supported by OpenOffice. Future versions of OpenOffice may be compatible.
• Is Metabar for single users only or does it support teams and projects as well?
  > MetaBar stores the meta data in projects. The roles with different features are available: metabar admin, project admin and user.
• Do other users of MetaBar have access to my data?
  > Users have full control about their data. Reading and writing permissions can be given/taken to/from others users in the same project.
